Congratulations to everyone involved in the 10,000 Santas event in Derry. The plan was to raise money for charity and break a world record in the process by getting 10,000 people to dress up as Santa and line the walls of Derry.
The final turnout hasn't been confirmed yet but some reports have it as high as 12,000. In any event it seems to have clearly beaten the previous record of 7,000 held by Las Vegas.
